Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

2 Years of experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Floating between units is required
Demographic information including address, email, and RN license number must be provided upon submission

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established guidelines
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare personnel
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
