Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our growing team on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift . Position Details

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift

• Every other weekend required

• Daily Pay Available

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assess and monitor resident conditions

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Provide exceptional resident-centered care

• Ensure compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Current Virginia LPN or RN license

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
