Base Salary $500k plus - Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist - Dothan, AL
ABOUT THE POSITION
\tGenerous income guarantee starting at $500,000 plus production bonus opportunities, a sign-on Bonus of $25,000, and a tuition bonus of $25,000 per contract year.

\t8 highly skilled physicians and a proven track record of over 16,000 surgeries per year.

\tWe are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible vitreoretinal surgeon to help support our continued growth and succession planning.
\t
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
\tWorld-Class Facilities – Work in a state-of-the-art 97,000 sq. ft. office with 30 eye lanes and an ASC featuring 12 operating rooms.
\tHigh-Volume Surgical Practice – Step into a busy, established practice with significant surgical demand.
