If you enjoy leading from the front, coaching others to reach their potential, and making a positive impact in your community, we'd love to meet you.Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional guest experience and supports Smoothie King's mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.Lead by example, creating a positive, engaging, and accountable work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and continuous growth.Coach and develop Team Members through on feedback, recognition, and performance management to maximize individual and team success.Deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring every guest interaction reflects Smoothie King's values and commitment to excellence.Drive store performance by achieving sales, profitability, labor, and operational goals.Analyze key business metrics, including sales trends, labor performance, food costs, and guest feedback, and implement action plans to drive results.Utilize operational tools and reporting, including profit and loss statements, scheduling systems, inventory management tools, and daily business reports to effectively manage the business.Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, and operational standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and Team Members.Manage inventory and vendor relationships to ensure product quality, product availability, and effective cost control.Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and financial controls in accordance with company policies and procedures.Champion and uphold Smoothie King brand standards, ensuring consistent execution across all aspects of store operations.Ensure store appearance, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall facility standards consistently meet or exceed company expectations.Execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational programs while inspiring the team to embrace and support organizational goals.Develop and implement local store marketing and community engagement efforts to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and strengthen community relationships.Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements using company programs and creative recognition strategies that foster engagement and retention.Collaborate effectively with Operations, Training, Marketing, People Services, and other cross-functional partners to support store success and continuous improvement.Demonstrate flexibility and a growth mindset by embracing new initiatives, adapting to changing business needs, and supporting additional responsibilities as assigned.ResponsibilitiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold a team accountable to high standards.Demonstrated business acumen and sound decision-making skills with a focus on achieving operational and financial goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the brand.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing competing demands and adapting to changing business needs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all interactions and decisions.Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities, and implement effective action plans.Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a restaurant environment.Reliable transportation.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing a team in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused environment.Experience managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls.Experience driving operational performance and achieving business results.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment, workplace safety, and food safety regulations preferred.What We OfferJoin our team and enjoy an unusually fun work environment with an upbeat atmosphere and great team members.
