Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, translating customer requests into accurate quotes and sales orders, expediting material deliveries, and maintaining clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. This role ensures timely fulfillment, resolves order discrepancies, and upholds the high service standards expected by NOV. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales order processing. Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Basic understanding of oilfield equipment and supply chain processes. Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities Answering calls and emails from customers to address their needs, complaints, and or potential issues with products or services. Communicate with customers on service requests. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Responding efficiently and professionally to callers, explaining possible solutions, and elevating calls to Centers of Excellence as needed. Work with warehouse department to arrange for necessary parts to be shipped for respective service call. Work with service coordinator to arrange for Service personnel to be available for the respective service call. Liaise with customer regarding quotations and invoicing queries. Work with Service Manager to prioritize service calls. Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
