Job DescriptionCollege Graduate –Rotational Engineering Program (REP) – Start Date July 2027 in Cypress, CAMercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting–edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical REP Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative RF team focused on complex modules. Engineers complete rotational assignments within a variety of focused areas in their engineering discipline over a two‑year period.You will gain:Hands on technical and leadership developmentExposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two-year program, based on your skills and business needsOpportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive managementChallenging assignments that build familiarity with Mercury Systems' practices across the organizationThe opportunity to explore individual interest aligned with company objectivesJob Responsibilities:Provide hands-on product troubleshooting of RF components, modules and test fixtures in manufacturing and development environmentsProvide engineering support for existing RF products while working closely with senior engineers.Generate and maintain documentation including bills of materials (BOMs) and test procedures for RF products and assemblies.Assist with ongoing engineering development projects and product initiativesSupport definition and implementation of producibility improvementsCollaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional product teamsContribute innovative ideas and state of the art thinking to improve business performanceDeliver leading edge, integrated solutions that meet customer needsParticipate in programs, projects, and initiatives aligned with Mercury's culture and strategyStay informed on industry trends and ensure Mercury's best practices are met or exceededRotate through multiple technical disciplines to broaden skills and experienceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained between May 2026 and May 2027A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review processPrior Co-Op or internship experienceExperience with RF theory principles through coursework, academic project work, or industry work.Experience using RF and electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, or related diagnostic toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentDemonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvementsAbility to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts"This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance.
