We’re a locally owned and operated Tex-Mex restaurant, and we’re looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team. What You'll Be DoingAs a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering the delicious Tex-Mex flavors our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency. - Following recipes and maintaining high food quality standards. - Handling knives with skill and ensuring proper food preparation techniques. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. - Lifting and moving items weighing between 10 - 50 lbs as needed.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dedicated individual who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen environment. - Strong knife-handling skills and a solid understanding of food preparation. - The ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. - Excellent listening and communication skills to work as part of a team. - A positive attitude and a commitment to creating great food for our guests.
