Leading provider of AI solutions in healthcare.Location: Flexible; travel to client sites required 80 – 90% of the time.Responsibilities:Medical Brain's clients include health systems, hospitals, and physician practices. Our Account Executive is responsible for owning, maintaining, and managing our relationship with these clients, which includes:Participating in deployment activities for new clients such as workflow meetings, training/orientation, and on-site Go Live support.Meeting with clients on a regular basis (weekly/monthly), including in-person visits, to enhance clients' use of the Medical Brain by:Reviewing actual clinical casesTracking and reporting KPIs/metricsReviewing and refreshing clients' knowledge of existing/new capabilities of the Medical BrainPeriodically meeting with clients to review KPIs, new features, enhancements needed, and address issues and resolutions.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited US universityProficiency and deep understanding of various clinical or administrative software such as EHRs, PMs, LIS, or CDS platforms at a hospital, physician practice, or equivalent10+ years of experience in clinical practice as a Nurse at a hospital, physician practice, or equivalent10+ years of engagement in clinical or administrative software deployment projects10+ years of experience in project coordination of clinical or administrative software deployment projects, including coordination with technology teams10+ years of experience in training/orienting physicians, other clinicians, and staff in the use of relevant softwareDeep understanding of relevant clinical cases and KPIs, their management, and trackingProficiency in preparing and presenting periodic reports based on clinical cases and KPIsAbility to engage with a wide range of client stakeholders such as physicians/nurses, practice/hospital management, and administrative staffProficiency in MS Excel and MS WordKnowledge of CMS programs such as Remote Physiologic Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Transition of Care, etc.Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience, benefits, and perks.Start Date: September 2024Additional Notes: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with proper authorization(s) to work in the United States.About Health Precision, Inc.:Health Precision, Inc. is the leading provider of advanced decision support solutions to the global healthcare industry.
