Lead Graphic Designer

Experienced graphic designers will find a full-time opportunity as a Lead Graphic Designer in Digital Marketing, responsible for elevating digital marketing design quality, leading complex projects, and mentoring peers while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Concept and develop brand campaigns, setting art direction standards and ensuring visual consistency across all digital assets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets on time and present design concepts to stakeholders Design and produce high-volume digital assets, including web banners, email campaigns, and landing pages, while maintaining organized file management Required qualifications 7+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on digital marketing design Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Deep experience in designing email, web banners, landing pages, and motion graphics Strong working knowledge of digital platform specifications and asset optimization Familiarity with HTML/CSS email design and web design principles
