The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. Core Responsibilities Lead audit engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring quality and adherence to professional standards. Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact during fieldwork and execution. Review audit workpapers and financial statements, applying sound judgment to routine and complex matters. Directly supervise, coach, and mentor audit seniors and staff, providing actionable feedback. Manage engagement budgets, staffing, and timelines across multiple concurrent audits. Collaborate with Partners to drive high-quality service and support firm-wide initiatives. Requirements & Qualifications Active CPA license (Required) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 10+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience preferred. Deep knowledge FASB, GASB, ERISA, Yellow Book, or Single Audit. Proven track record of managing multiple engagements simultaneously. Strong communication skills with a natural ability to lead and train others. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
