Financial Controller

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Controller to oversee and enhance the financial operations of a growing multinational organization. This role requires deep accounting expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to scale finance operations as the company grows.

• Lead all global accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, GL, inventory, and revenue recognition
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/year-end closes and prepare financial statements
• Manage regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and treasury functions
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements
• Coordinate external vendors and service providers
• Support M&A activity and multi-entity consolidations

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 6-10+ years as a Controller or senior finance role in a global company
• Experience with international accounting, M&A, and financial systems (Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, Bill.com)
• Background in VC/PE-backed firms a plus
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Comfortable managing teams and operations in a hybrid work environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
