Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in the operating room setting. This role involves collaborating with surgical teams, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
• Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring the accurate and safe use of instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery, providing critical support to the surgical team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to facilitate optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CVOR setting or related field.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

This position requires availability for 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM shifts with variable call as needed.
