Leveraging an existing bank infrastructure, you will ensure these high-growth initiatives meet the highest standards of fiduciary integrity and protection. You will act as a qualified manager with a wide range of expertise, meaningfully contributing to the prioritization of work and ensuring our established bank-grade standards are seamlessly applied to new public-facing environments. Technical Skills: Apply expertise and analytical skills to independently solve complex regulatory problems, influencing solutions across multiple internal functions. Contribute to department strategies, goals, and frameworks to ensure alignment with broader organizational priorities. Complexity and Impact of Work: Take extreme ownership of complex challenges—such as settlement oversight and conflict mitigation—selecting the best methods with minimal oversight. Lead and significantly contribute to large, cross-functional projects, driving execution and impact across multiple teams. Organizational Knowledge: Monitor industry trends and internal objectives to inform team and department-level goal-setting. Proactively communicate how your program drives long-term growth while ensuring processes are scalable to avoid single points of failure. Communication and Influence: Build trust and credibility by tailoring communication to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for complex solutions. Mentor mid-to-experienced teammates and help them align their efforts with department goals and company strategy. You may be a fit for this role if you have: Typically a Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience. Proven experience managing small to medium-sized teams. The capability to independently navigate ambiguity, anticipating challenges and escalating only for critical blockers. A leadership style defined by empathy and humility that builds trust and exemplifies our values, principles, and policies. Although not a requirement, bonus points if: Experience in high-growth digital asset or fintech compliance environments. Advanced certifications (e.g., CRCM or CPCO) related to fiduciary or banking regulations. Juris Doctorate (JD). You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :) At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure.
