Job Summary Under the supervision of the Department Head, the Receptionist/Clerk II performs various reception and clerical duties. Core Job Responsibilities

Pay Range $19 - $23 per hour
- Greets and Checks in Outpatients.
- Activates accounts as needed and enters orders
- Obtain co-pays
- Registers patient as needed
- Obtains outside imaging exams for comparison
- Answers phones, faxes reports and distributes incoming faxes
- Maintaining patient film files and pertinent imaging records upholding patient confidentiality at all times.
- Distributes department mail.
- Assists patients, technologists, Radiologists and medical staff as needed
- Perform other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years office experience
- Bi or Multi-lingual
