Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical record; and checking of IV products. Interacting with healthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use, prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacy services (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacist interventions). You are required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health. Hourly Salary Range: $95.61-$112.00 Bargaining Unit: HX-UPTE Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy Degree California Pharmacy license ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncology Recent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years) Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred Previous infusion pharmacy experience preferred EPIC/Beacon experience preferred Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills Knowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations Required to have the ability to travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health #J-18808-Ljbffr University of California - Los Angeles Health
