Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and safety standards. Monitor project progress and report on performance to senior management. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and status reports. Provide technical support and resolve construction-related issues as they arise. Participate in site visits to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Support procurement processes by coordinating with suppliers and vendors. Profile A background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and construction software. Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
