As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by accurately estimating project costs and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. Join us and be a part of a company that provides high-quality carpentry, remodeling, and construction services for residential and commercial clients in Southwestern New Hampshire and Vermont. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects Review project plans and specifications Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits Assist in the development of project schedules Required Skills: Construction experience Proficiency in Take-offs Knowledge of Change Orders and Pre-Construction processes Strong understanding of Civil Construction and Submittals Experience with Structural Design and Xactimate software Nice to Have Skills: Project Closeout expertise Construction Management background Microsoft 365 experiance (Project, excel, work, outlook, planner) Estimating software Good people skills!
