Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‐quality patient care. The RN will coordinate and implement care during assigned shifts, maintain clinical standards, and support positive outcomes for patients across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective patient care and monitor patient conditions
• Respond appropriately to changing patient needs
• Follow established nursing policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members
• Adhere to patient safety standards and infection prevention practices
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team to support quality care
• Perform essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Arizona RN license
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or approved program)
• ACLS certification within one month of hire
• Strong knowledge of nursing policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and ability to perform essential job functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health record systems
• Specialty certifications (e.g., EFM, S.T.A.B.L.E.)
