Office Clerk DeKalb, IL $20.00 per hour Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Hours may occasionally adjust to 6:00 AM-2:30 PM based on business needs. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to support a busy logistics and distribution operation in DeKalb, IL. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems and digital logs Manage emails and provide general administrative support Create, update, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy Maintain organized records and files Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers Assist with various clerical and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous office, administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Experience maintaining electronic records and databases Ability to operate standard office equipment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday Standard hours: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Flexibility to work 6:00 AM-2:30 PM when needed for coverage Apply Today If you are organized, reliable, and thrive in an office environment, we encourage you to apply.
