Position Overview Seeking a talented Civil Engineer Position Overview Seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful commercial, institutional, and municipal site development projects while gaining direct exposure to clients, municipalities, and senior engineers. Unlike larger firms where engineers may only work on one small portion of a project, engineers have the opportunity to see projects from concept through construction , developing true ownership and a deeper understanding of the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design commercial, institutional, and municipal site development projects Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management plans Assist with permitting, agency coordination, and municipal submissions Develop construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients Participate in project meetings and support construction administration Manage tasks independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification; 3–5 years of professional civil engineering experience Experience in land development / site design strongly preferred Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Ability to manage tasks independently and communicate effectively Strong technical skills in grading, utilities, stormwater, and plan production Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with construction documents and technical specifications Demonstrated interest in pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) licensure What This Role Offers Work directly with experienced professionals Career growth Opportunity to manage projects and client relationships Diverse project portfolio Collaborative team environment Competitive compensation and benefits JOB ID : 179514 #post David Venegas , $90,000 - $105,000, #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
