Project Manager - CasperPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Casper to lead commercial and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The successful candidate will coordinate architectural and construction teams, manage schedules and budgets, maintain client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. This role requires strong construction and architectural knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of project delivery including preconstruction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction administration, and closeout.Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate risks to cost and timeline.Serve as primary client contact; build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and timely issue resolution.Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and construction quality are met.Review and manage contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to maintain compliance and control project scope.Oversee on-site construction activities and perform regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, quality, and adherence to specifications.Manage project reporting and forecasting; prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries for stakeholders.Facilitate coordination of BIM/modeling efforts and ensure effective information flow between design and construction teams.Ensure projects comply with building codes, local regulations, and company quality and safety standards.Mentor and lead project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture.QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor and/or master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited university Licensed Architect Minimum 10 years experience in architectural design and technical execution (with a minimum 3 years in a project management role) Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, BSD Speclink a plus, Deltek Vision a plus (as a project management tool) LEED or WELL accreditation a plus BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matching contributionPaid vacation, sick time, and holidaysCompany vehicle, fuel card, and technology toolsOngoing training, leadership development, and advancement opportunitiesLife and disability insurancePerformance-based bonus potential
