About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Omaha, Nebraska, 68118!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy services to adults with brain injuries and other neurological diagnoses , helping them improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have previous outpatient experience , particularly treating adults with neurological conditions, and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Schedule

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based treatment for adults with brain injuries and other neurological conditions
• Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued therapy services
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving function, mobility, and quality of life

Requirements

• Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Required: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Previous outpatient experience treating adults with brain injuries and other neurological diagnoses
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
