Carrier Capacity Manager

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers while expanding your carrier base through sourcing Work alongside the Customer Sales team to develop carrier bases for current and new business Track and trace booked loads, updating our internal TMS and the sales rep. Negotiate and quote rates with carriers Keep up to date in seasonal market trends Utilize software tools to negotiate and track carrier rates Create carrier leads through both warm and cold calls Have fun and get weird – our 5 th core value! Experience and Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment preferred Minimum 1-year operations experience preferred Experience conducting business over the phone Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence Enthusiastic and persistent Goal driven Excellent verbal and written skills Base and uncapped commission.
