• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Setting: Outpatient Imaging
• Schedule:
• Monday‚ÄìFriday, 8:00a‚Äì4:00p
• No call, no weekends
• Patients per day: ~40‚Äì50
• EMR: Cerner
• PACS: Change Health (transitioning to Sectra)
• Credentialing: ~90 days
• Location: Detroit, MI
### Requirements
• Board Certified in Radiology
• Breast Imaging fellowship
• Active MI license
• BLS
• Strong knowledge of BI-RADS and MQSA standards
• Comfortable with high-volume, patient-facing workflow
### Clinical Details
• Scope:
• Screening mammography (45‚Äì55%)
• Diagnostic mammography (25‚Äì35%)
• Image-guided procedures (15‚Äì25%)
• Responsibilities include:
• Breast ultrasound and MRI interpretation
• Performing biopsies, aspirations, and localizations
• Same-day diagnostic workups and patient communication
• Collaborating with oncology and surgical teams
• Support:
• 2 RNs, 1 MA, and office staff
• Teaching environment with resident interaction
• No APP supervision required
