Overview: 

We are seeking a CNC Setup Machinist who will be responsible for Setups and running CNC Mills & Lathes (G-Code) to produce parts according to customer specifications, designing and manufacturing dies as well as repairing broken dies. The ideal candidate has machine shop experience and a passion for precision and accuracy.

 
Responsibilities:

·         Setup and operate CNC Mills & Lathes to produce high precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

·         Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production.

·         Perform regular maintenance and trouble shooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

·         Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing process and improve product quality.

·         Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to customer requirements.

·         Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

·         Ability to read manufacturing blueprints

·         Setup / run Lathes & Mills (G-code)

·         Familiar with Fusion 360 and Esprit is a plus.

·         Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, pins, CMM)

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

·         Strong communication and teamwork abilities

·         Running EDM a plus

Pay:

·         Based on experience and qualifications.

• 10 hour shift / 4 day work week
• 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday
