Commercial Construction Project Manager | Strong Pipeline | Competitive Comp + Bonus Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year About the Company This company is a well‑respected national construction firm with a strong Midwest footprint and a reputation for delivering quality projects that positively impact communities. Requirements 5+ years in construction project management, leading builds from pre‑construction through closeout. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to build and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control. Comfortable negotiating contracts and working closely with clients, design teams, and field staff. Experience in healthcare, higher education, K‑12, industrial, or similar markets is a strong plus. Willingness to travel within the region as needed. Core Responsibilities Lead project planning, estimating, and scheduling. Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams.
