Assistant Manager – 107 Corporate Plaza Drive Overview : You were born to be a leader. We know. So why not use your natural skills by joining our team? As an Assistant Manager, you can earn more as you move through different stages while learning how to become the best leader. Duties & Responsibilities : Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers. Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift. Be responsible for all store operations. Greet customers and take orders with a smile. Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers. Make fast, accurate, and consistent products that comply with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back of the store. Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards. Qualifications : Experience leading a team of 3–30 people. Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Valid Driver's License. Access to reliable transportation. Full open availability. Minimum 18 years old. Employees receive weekly pay, management training, flexible schedules, and employee discounts.
