Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry, has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 12-month+ contract.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed, and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

 

Shift: 9:30am-6pm

 

Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys. 

 

Responsibilities and Requirements

 

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
• Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researches responses with sales
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Determine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billing
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Maintain customer pricing in ERP system, including entering contracts as required
• Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processes
• Implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records

Requirements

 

• 2+ years of experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred 
• 2+ years of working with equipment contracts and service level agreements
• Must have Skills: 
• • Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes 
  • Organized 
  • Communication (customer service orientation) 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions 
  • PowerBI Skills a plus
  • SAP and or SaleForce experience highly desired.
