Temporary Wealth Management Assistant

The Washington Trust Company is seeking a Temporary Wealth Management Assistant to support its Wealth Management Operations team. This position will assist with the efficient processing of client transactions, account maintenance, reporting, and operational workflows. Job Summary & Responsibilities Immerse yourself in the daily responsibilities, projects, and initiatives of the department Collaborate with seasoned professionals Interact with team members and senior leadership Provide clerical and administrative support to Wealth Management Operations Qualifications College graduate, or pursuing a degree, in Finance, Accounting, or similar business-related field Proficient in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) Excellent organizational skills Strong language/communication skills Strong administrative support experience Must be available full-time (40 hours/week during business hours) Must have reliable transportation to Westerly, Rhode Island Compensation & Benefits: The good-faith estimated base salary range for this position is $39,520 - $41,600 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, and training.
