Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Location: River Bend Nursing and Rehab – Evansville, IN River Bend Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to residents at our skilled nursing facility in Evansville, IN. The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant assists with implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and provides therapeutic services designed to improve residents’ ability to perform activities of daily living, maintain independence, and achieve their highest level of function.
