Weekend RN - Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is searching for a Weekend RN, Registered Nurse to perform home health visits with our North Boston Senior Living team . This office delivers exceptional care to patients living in senior living communities (assisted living / independent living) throughout the North Shore and Merrimac Valley area. Schedule: a combination of weekend days that include Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Please note: As this is mostly a Home Health SOC / Admission RN position, prior or current experience in Medicare-certified Home Health and OASIS documentation is required. RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits Qualifications: A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home health / OASIS documentation experience strongly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders Perform client assessments as necessary Case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided Additional Information: Pay: $58-63 per productivity point, based on experience and negotiable Mileage reimbursement As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
