Come be a part of our mission.Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as a Systems Engineer 2/3 based out of Aurora, CO.Position Overview:Performs system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.This role can travel approximately 20% of the time to OCONUS locations with durations lasting approximately 1-2 weeks.This position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
