Pay: $25-28/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

This position is ONSITE in Chesterfield, MI must be able to commute to Chesterfield, MI

What’s a typical day as an Order Entry Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries and order requests, reporting to the Sales Coordinator Manager or Sales Coordinator Supervisor.
• Processing all aspects of customer orders from inception to invoicing while managing customer price files and ensuring adherence to standard procedures.
• Communicating scheduling changes and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to address potential shortages and expedite orders as necessary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold an Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales with a minimum of two (2) years of sales and customer service/coordination experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience working on MRP systems and customer portals.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
