Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,721–$2,842 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour days, 5 days per week Start date: 10/05/2026 Travel between facilities in a rural healthcare setting Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with movement or functional limitations due to injuries or illnesses Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team; adjust plans based on patient progress Document initial evaluations, treatment plans, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries; communicate with physicians, nursing, and other team members Educate patients and families on safe exercise techniques, mobility training, and home exercise programs; address safety and transfer techniques Participate in discharge planning and coordinate care with other providers to ensure appropriate follow-up and referrals Manage travel between facilities within the assigned region and maintain adherence to the schedule and patient-care standards Requirements Active Montana PT license Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (bachelor, master, or doctorate) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience using electronic medical records or healthcare computer applications Ability to perform all physical requirements of physical therapy practice (lifting, transferring, mobility tasks) Ability to work in a rural healthcare setting and travel between facilities Optional certifications such as dry needling or pelvic floor therapy may be considered Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Guaranteed hours and a defined 13-week assignment Start date: 10/05/2026 Travel between facilities as part of the assignment Housing options may be available at traveler expense (rates apply; no facility reimbursement)
