Dining Room Supervisor

Pay: $22 - $24 Mon-Fri | NO NIGHTS | NO WEEKENDS | Previous experience working at Dunkin' with knowledge of Dunkin' operations and standards. Location: Hooksett, New Hampshire Summary The Dining Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This position blends hands-on culinary and service work with team leadership, operational oversight, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about food, service, and developing people. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach support staff to ensure consistent service excellence and operational standards. Oversee daily operations of multiple food stations, including deli, pizza, and grill, ensuring quality, efficiency, and presentation. Work hands-on alongside team members,assistingwith food preparation, cooking, inventory management, andmaintainingclean, organized workspaces. Manage POS transactions, cash drawers, and related office and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain café cleanliness and ensure full compliance with company safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols. Serve as a welcoming, guest-facing presence—engaging daily with customers and providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service. Support a positive team culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 1-2 years of culinary experience or experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food service or hospitality. Knowledge of food safety standards;ServSafecertificationstronglyrecommended. Proficiencywith POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs. Ability toworka flexible schedule, including varying shifts as needed. Strong communicationskills, attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership style.
