Part Time Direct Support Professional $19.00 per hour.

Week1 Sunday 6am - 2pm, Tuesday 6am - 9am, Thursday 6am - 9am, Friday 6am - 9am.

Week 2 Sunday 6am - 2pm, Tuesday 6am - 9am, Thursday 6am - 9am, Friday 6am - 9am, Saturday 6am - 2pm

Week 1 Sunday 6am - 2pm, Monday 6am - 9am, Thursday 6am - 9am, Friday 6am - 9am.

This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meet's Sevita's insurability policy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills:  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
