## Building & Utilities LeadApplylocations: Hamont-Acheltime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 17 Days Agojob requisition id: JR32070Om ons team in Hamont-Achel te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een **Building & Utilities Lead**:De Building & Utilities Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het tactisch en operationeel opzetten en onderhouden van alle building, utilities- en facility activiteiten op de site, met als doel een veilige, conforme, betrouwbare en toekomstgerichte infrastructuur te waarborgen.* Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het Building & Utilities- en Facility team* Verantwoordelijk voor gebouwen, nutsvoorzieningen, luchtbehandeling, gebouw beveiliging en alarm- en gebouwbeheersystemen* Verantwoordelijk voor een duidelijke taakverdeling, prioriteitenstelling en resourceplanning* Borgen van continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en compliance van installaties* Managen van Building & Utilities projecten (scope, tijd, kwaliteit en budget opvolging)* Actief bijdragen aan investeringsaanvragen* Selecteren, aansturen en evalueren van leveranciers en aannemers* Technische input leveren bij nieuwe installaties en proceswijzigingen* Goedkeuren en opvolgen van onderhouds-, keurings- en inspectieplannen* Opvolgen van storingen, defectbeheer en correctieve acties* Toezicht houden op en afstemmen van facility-activiteiten zoals reiniging, pest control, werkkledij en site-onderhoud* Bewaken van orde, netheid en algemene staat van de site* Ondersteunen van change controls, CAPA’s en continue verbeteringen* Opvolgen van contracten, offertes en facturatie volgens de geldende richtlijnen* Bevorderen van samenwerking tussen de afdelingen Building & Utilities, Facility, Project en OperationsProfiel:* Minimaal Bachelor diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring* Ruime ervaring in Building & Utilities, Facility of technische omgeving (bij voorkeur productie/GMP-context)* Projectmanagement ervaring is een vereiste* Ervaring met leidinggeven is een vereiste* Kennis van change control, CAPA’s en technische compliance is een pluspunt* Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt* Goede kennis van MS Office* People management* Probleemoplossend vermogen* Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden* Stressbestendig* Kwaliteitsgericht* VeiligheidsbewustAanbod:Bij Sharp streven we ernaar een werkomgeving te creëren waarin alle medewerkers hun vaardigheden optimaal kunnen gebruiken.
