New York Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, relationship?based care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while building long?term continuity with patients in an outpatient setting. The position offers a four?day workweek, allowing for a balanced schedule within a collaborative private practice environment. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced physician or resident who values patient connection, efficient workflows, and practicing within a supportive, growing organization.

Base Salary Range : between $275,000 - $300,000 annually
