Job Title Practicum Student (Spanish Bilingual) Division / Program Therapeutic Behavioral Services Compensation Starting compensation: $19.70 per hour Location & Hours Working Location: San Jose – South San Jose Center (In‑person position). Responsibilities Provide mental health services and case management to children or adolescents and their families referred to Community Services under direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Conduct engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual, family, and group therapy, and provide case management. Act as liaison with external agencies and work on teams with other clinical and support staff. Document and bill for mental health and case management services and complete outcomes information. Division / Program Overview Works with clients ages 5‑21. Provides community, school, and home‑based services. Team collaboration across different programs with a focus on addressing behavior. Qualifications Enrollment in a practicum course at an accredited MA, MS, or MSW program. Valid California driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
