This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, with potential to float to Med/Surg Tele units as needed. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Administer and monitor patient responses to medications
• Direct and guide patient care and teaching activities
• Maintain relevant and accurate patient records
• Perform role of charge nurse as required
• Represent hospital in the community and maintain confidentiality

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification
• Prior critical care experience required
• CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
• Preferred: BSN, CCRN, TCAR certifications
• Preferred experience in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and intracranial pressure monitoring (ICU)
