Base pay range McKinney, TX $70,000.00-$75,000.00 Shift: 32-40 hours per week including every other weekend, and may require floating to other nearby locations. Responsibilities Provide holistic, evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients. Administer immunizations and injections (including but not limited to COVID‑19, influenza, TB) and provide evidence‑based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services. Take vital signs. Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, retinopathy screening. Perform point‑of‑care testing (including COVID testing). Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait‑room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience. Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience. Required Qualifications Minimum of one‑year related work experience in a healthcare setting. Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record. Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform point‑of‑care testing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required. Experience Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room. Previous experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record. Licensure / Certifications The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. Education Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
