Responsibilities Assist with the coordination and execution of face-to-face B2B marketing campaigns. Represent client brands professionally during in-person customer interactions and marketing initiatives. Engage directly with business customers and communicate product and service information clearly. Support the sales component of marketing campaigns by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions. Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers and clients. Assist with tracking campaign activity, customer feedback, and performance. Participate in campaign planning, team meetings, training sessions, and daily coaching. Learn campaign management processes, including preparation, execution, performance tracking, and team coordination. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign, client, and office goals. Develop the communication, sales, organizational, and leadership skills needed for future advancement.
