We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech Language Therapist to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year . Whether you're an experienced SLP or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work-and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details
- Caseload: Elementary or High School Caseload
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 - 3:30; Part-time opportunities available as well
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Dates: October 11, 2026 – May 2027, with potential to renew
- Location: Onsite at school
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
Qualifications
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
