Job Overview

The Server: sells, takes orders, and serves food and beverages to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary items to fully enjoy their order. They also keep their tables clean and organized. They present bills and handle payment. Additionally, they are responsible for general cleaning tasks and assigned stations.
What We Expect from You
We are looking for Waiters who enjoy serving customers with a strong sense of urgency and kindness. No customer in Puerto Vallarta should feel ignored.
You should enjoy teamwork, effective communication, and understand that the entire restaurant is your responsibility, not just your area.
Having a positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving of all kinds, being open to change, and being receptive to feedback is essential in our company.
It's necessary to adapt your working style to our system and be open to changes and new processes.
The server must:
Greet all arriving, departing, or restroom-seeking customers.
Refer to individuals with respectful adjectives.
Introduce yourself at the table with appropriate phrasing.
Recommend appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Use the verb "would like" instead of "want."
Repeat the order.
Anticipate customer needs.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of your tables at all times.
Selling is a fundamental part of the role. We measure this based on the average check per person.

Descripción del puesto
El Mesero, Vende, toma órdenes y entrega la comida y bebida a los clientes, asegurando que tengan todos los implementos necesarios para disfrutar al máximo su pedido. Manteniendo, sus mesas limpias y ordenadas.
Otorga cuentas y finaliza el pago. De igual manera es responsable de tareas adicionales de limpieza en general y estaciones asignadas.

1. Saludar a todos los clientes que llegan se van o buscan el baño.
2. Referirse a las personas con adjetivos de respeto.
3. Presentarse en la mesa con fraseología.
4. Recomendar aperitivo, comida y postre.
5. Utilizar el verbo gustaría en vez de quiere.
6. Repetir la orden.
7. Adelantarse a las necesidades.
8. Mantener su mesa limpia y ordenadas en todo momento.
   Vender es parte fundamental del puesto. Este lo medimos en base al cheque promedio por persona.
