Extra $3.40 / Hour HERO Pay

What You’ll DoProvide resident care according to approved Care Plans
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices
Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
Completed CNA/STNA Course and current state license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance
Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life
