As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical function and mobility. You will assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing and prevent further injury. Your work will involve collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will also educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to enhancing patients' quality of life and enabling them to regain independence in their daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist License in Colorado
• Current and valid state license to practice physical therapy in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
• Experience in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate treatment goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and strategies to maintain physical health.
