Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to a rewarding assignment supporting students in a welcoming elementary school environment. Two full-time opportunities are available for motivated SLPs to make a positive difference in students’ communication abilities across grades 1–12. This contract position starts as soon as possible and runs through late May 2027, offering an excellent chance to build relationships while advancing your skills in a highly collaborative setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Current Educator Certification required
- SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience within school settings, particularly working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Comfortable managing diverse caseloads and adapting to changing needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary and secondary students (grades 1–12)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Engage in direct interventions and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
