Shift: Mid, 10:30a-11p, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• AZ License
• 2 years’ experience
• Need to have Level I trauma, neuro both spine and crani, vascular including endovascular, robotic preferred DV5, urology, and GYN
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Nursys
• These are the primary service lines. Other service lines such and ENT, plastics would be great but not as crucial.
