Day Support Program Manager

Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Company parties Competitive salary Paid time off Responsibilities The Program Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day needs of each individual receiving service from IT’S MY LIFE, LLC Centered Based Day Support. Oversee Individual Person-Centered Plans, PCP checklist and any behavioral Person Centered Plans. Oversee the admission, screening/assessment process and the Centered Based & Non Centered Based Day Support Program. Provide oversight and ensure the implementation and documentation of Individual Person-Centered Plans, PCP Support Checklist, and any behavioral Person Centered Plans and programming. Maintain knowledge of DBHDS, the Office of Human Rights, and Medicaid Waiver Guidelines and Regulations. Supervise direct care personnel and assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage for individual supports; participate in hiring all Centered Based Day Support personnel. Responsible for personnel management and evaluation of employees. Provide Quality Assurance oversight for the support components of the Program. Serve as the QDDP; IT’S MY LIFE, LLC Centered Based Day Support shall secure a contractual agreement with a qualified individual to be the QDDP if no staff are available to fulfill duties/responsibilities of a QDDP. Be on-call to provide support and oversight of crisis and emergency situations. Report directly to/supervised by the Program Director. Qualifications Knowledge of DBHDS, the Office of Human Rights, and Medicaid Waiver Guidelines and Regulations. Good oral and written communication skills.
