Locums Family Practice Physician with Obstetrics in The Dalles, Oregon - Full Scope Practice

Practice full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics in a role that combines outpatient clinic, inpatient care, newborn nursery rounding, and obstetrical call with a steady delivery volume.

Highlights:

• Full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics
• Clinic, inpatient, and newborn nursery responsibilities
• Approximately 12 to 14 deliveries per month
• Average clinic volume of 16 or more patients per day

Practice & Cases:

• Blend of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage
• Obstetrical care with newborn nursery rounding during call
• Preventive care and comprehensive family medicine
• Surgical procedures included, with details confirmed during onboarding

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday clinic, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekday clinic combined with 24-hour call
• Weekend 24-hour call coverage
• Two hours of patient contact included during call coverage

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active Oregon medical license required
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• NRP required

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage provided
• Travel accommodations available for approved assignments
